It’s a crime, really, for the purposes of this website anyhow, that the only starlet-slash-Oscar-winner I have ever had a conversation with & my favorite “Twin Peaks” girl had to be born the same day. Consequently, neither of them can prevail over the other. Instead the winner today is the plucky reporter who came charging out of the Iron Range of northern Minnesota to expose the fraudulent practices of the Enrons and the Lehmans and the Goldmans and the Bernankes of the world. The world could damn sure use a few others like her right about now.
