The winner today is clearly Matt Ross. I have seen and enjoyed his layered, intricately hinged (as opposed to unhinged) portrayal of Albie Grant on “Big Love”. Until I looked up his vital statistics, however, it had been completely lost on me that he was the same guy who comes on to Patrick Bateman in the restaurant bathroom in American Psycho, narrowly escaping the encounter in one piece. Those scenes with the yuppies and their business cards and their elephantine cell phones never get old. Happy birthday Matt; looking forward to the new season of the Mormon program.
