Well, first of all, Today’s Winner has a really fun name to say. Say it. It’s not that hard once you say it a couple of times out loud.


As to his work, he may be the artiest filmmaker at work in the world today. His films are so arty, they cannot actually be watched: they can only be written about, or alluded to. He holds a degree in architecture, for Christ’s sake. That should tell you everything you need to know.


On the plus side, his movies have really funny titles, and he seems like a fairly unpretentious man himself.
